The 1st Round of Parliamentary election was hold in Egypt on 28 November 2010. According to The High Election Commission’s statement, the election took place in all the governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt in 254 electoral districts at 44734 polling stations located in 9777 voting centers. 40,160,799 voters were called to elections, and 5033 candidates representing a diverse parties and independents participated in the process. 14,036,937 voters cast their ballots in the elections for turn-out rate of 35%.
