Arda Mevlütoğlu

Biography

The author earned his B.A. in space engineering from Istanbul Technical University and M.A. in Science and Technology Policies from the Middle East Technical University. He is currently serving as the Deputy Chairman for Defense Programs for an international trade and consulting company. He has completed various academic studies on defense, aviation, space, and relevant policies as well as on armament and regional power balances and has numerous articles, reports, objects, and interviews published in national and international publications. He speaks English and German.
