Şerife Akıncı

Biography

Şerife Akıncı obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Afyon Kocatepe University in 2015. After her undergraduate studies, she started a Master’s degree in Econometrics at Kirikkale University. She earned her Master’s degree with a thesis titled “Poverty Problem in the Middle East and North Africa: An Econometric Analysis”. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Econometrics at Uludag University. Her general areas of interest include the economies of the Middle East and Africa, energy economics and institutional economics.
